OC Maker

An original character is not one image. It is a set of traits stable enough to survive being redrawn. OC Maker takes a short brief and returns a first reference, plus the prompt and seed you will reuse every time that character appears in the studio.
What to put in the brief
Fewer adjectives, more specifics. Six concrete traits survive regeneration. 'Gorgeous, elegant, perfect' does not.
- Age band and build
- Hair shape and colour
- Eye colour
- One distinguishing feature - A scar, a streak, an unusual accessory
- A default outfit you can change later
Why the seed matters most here
Character identity lives largely in the seed. A prompt describes a region of possible faces; the seed picks one point inside it. Change the wording and you move the region. Change the seed and you move the point.
Save both together
Treat the prompt and seed as the character's identity card. Losing either loses the character.
Change scenes, not descriptions
Move them somewhere new with Scene Changer rather than rewriting who they are.
Change clothes the same way
Outfit Studio swaps wardrobe without touching the face.
Accept some drift
Perfect consistency is not achievable yet. Published webtoons made this way show visible variance between panels and readers do not object - As long as hair, palette, and silhouette hold. The consistency guide covers the tolerances.
What a character sheet looks like

Example results in the style this tool produces, not a single verified before-and-after run.
Worked example: a recurring lead character you can reuse
| Model | Anima Turbo for exploring, then WAI Illustrious for the keeper |
|---|---|
| Composition | Portrait, 1024x1280 |
| Steps / CFG | 10 / 1.0 on Turbo, then 28 / 7.0 |
| Seed | Let it choose, then write it down |
The exact instruction
adult woman, age 30+, sharp jaw, silver undercut, single jade earring, charcoal wool coat over black slip, neutral grey studio backdrop, even soft light, medium shot
What comes back
A clean reference with no scene competing for attention. The undercut and the earring are the traits that survive redrawing - Generic beauty terms would not. Save this prompt and its seed, then build scenes with Scene Changer.
When it goes wrong
| What you see | Why | What to change |
|---|---|---|
| The face changes every render | The seed is not locked | Reuse the exact seed, prompt and model together |
| They look like everyone else | Only generic adjectives in the brief | Add two concrete, unusual traits |
| The outfit fights the face | Scene and wardrobe described in the same pass | Build the character plain, then dress them in Outfit Studio |
Common questions
How do I keep the character identical later?
Reuse the same prompt, seed, and model, then change only the scene or wardrobe using the editing tools.
Can I make more than one character?
Yes. Keep each one's prompt and seed together in a folder so you can find the pair again.
What if I lost the seed?
You cannot recover that exact face. Generate a batch, pick the closest, and save the new pair carefully.
Where to go next
This tool is usually used alongside the consistency guide, restyle their wardrobe and change their expression.
